Work, family, socialization, and physical health – these are just some of the most important aspects that take center stage in our lives. We all strive to answer these needs accordingly throughout the day, but with so much that each aspect demands of us, 24 hours may simply not be enough to fulfill everything. Because of this, some lose the balance in their lives, fall sick, or find themselves stuck in a vicious cycle of waking up-working-sleeping, without finding happiness or fulfillment in what they do.

This can result in a chaotic mindset that results to anxiety, feeling unsettled, a constant tiredness, and depression. Some live in a constant state of needing to shift endlessly from one crisis to another, and some become extremely anxious from trying to control things that fall beyond their influence or control.
