Being the generation that’s right in the middle of the 21st technological revolution and the Internet, it’s no question that millennials are tech and social media savvy. Ask any millennial and they probably have accounts on some, if not all, of the social media platforms. As a recruiter, you should use it to your advantage. Don’t limit them from using their devices during work hours. You just have to trust them that they’ll deliver their best and on time. Moreover, you’ll be surprised that they’ll find a way to use tech and social media to accomplish tasks. With this inclination, it’s obvious that millennials like working in groups or teams. They collaborate, brainstorm, and share ideas back and forth to sharpen their outputs. So, provide tables or rooms where they can gather up and throw comments and opinions at each other.
