Abbey Glass have created an infographic showing the tallest glass skyscrapers in the world. It shows the Burji Khalifa in Dubai. This impressive building was built in less than 5 years. In fact it took 1,325 days to build. The height is 828 metres and has 163 floors. It takes 3 to 4 months to clean the world’s tallest building. This done by used 18 built-in maintenance units to clean all the windows. For this incredible building to be built there were nearly 400 leading engineers and technicians to oversee the installation work. The infographic also shows the Shanghai Tower in China, the One World Trade Centre in New York, USA, the Shanghai World Financial Centre in China and the International Commerce Centre in China. These are incredible structures and are designed and built by the very best. The cost for these buildings to be built are in the millions and sometimes billions of dollars.
